Business Development Director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7  Identify & develop revenue stream agreements and opportunities for INSOLVE SOLUTIONS
\u00b7  Engage in Business Development to identify, target & close sales opportunities
\u00b7  Manage complex strategic sales cycles and international pre and post sales projects
\u00b7  Identify, develop and maintain strategic alliances with major SMI companies,
in  territory.
\u00b7  Identify and target key stakeholders within Asia SMI industry
\u00b7  Monthly forecasting and reporting with weekly monitoring of performance against plans
\u00b7  Create localized marketing and sales collateral for the Asia region
\u00b7  Create collateral and attend relevant regional mobile trade fairs
\u00b7  Maintain sales database such as SalesForce.
\u00b7  Monitor competition within the region<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:
Profile<\/em>
\u00b7  Driven, hard-working, self-starting business development professional will have 5+ years in a new account sales role, preferably selling complex software applications in the SMI industry. Well connected within the SMI industry, the individual will have a demonstrated ability to sell and manage large corporate accounts
\u00b7  Computer literate with strong Microsoft office skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7   Assist Project Manager in coordinating planning, task scheduling\/tracking and reporting as well as acting as backup where required
\u00b7   Collaborate with business users and external providers to map the business processes\/requirements to business applications\/functional specifications
\u00b7   Assist in system configurations, testing and troubleshooting \/ following up
\u00b7   Develop and maintain user manual and other documentations
\u00b7   Provide functional training to users
